Dear Parents/Carers,
Well, we have reached the end of yet another fabulous year here at Thaxted Primary. Thank you to each and every one of you for all of your kind words of support and the suggestions of new ideas and development too.
Today we say goodbye to three members of staff: Miss Wilson, Mrs Walbanke and Mrs Herbert. Miss Wilson is moving on to follow her passion of sports coaching and fitness, Mrs Walbanke is off to support her daughter and welcome her third grandchild and Mrs Herbert is moving nearer to her new home in Norfolk. They have all been fantastic members of our team and we will miss them greatly but wish them every success in their future adventures.
We also say goodbye to our Year Six children. They did a fabulous Leavers Assembly yesterday and their performances in Wind in the Willows were outstanding. We will miss each and every one of them but we know they are ready to fly off on new adventures-the world is their oyster!
